Chef Eliott Harris. has created an outstanding diverse menu that draws influence from his experiences as a Sushi Chef in San Francisco, and Miami. Besides putting out the freshest and most innovative sushi in the area, the alternative pan-Asian menu has a lot of great small plate selections and a good variety of entrees. The Underground Lounge has been a hotspot over the last decade with Totally 80’s Wednesday nights always bringing in a crowd. Also, coming soon in early 2010 is the expanded Miso ON Meramec. Open for lunch, happy hours, and boasting a 30 seat patio, a 40 seat café area, and a 4 seat bar, and a 6 seat sushi bar, this addition will be a great destination for the Spring and Summertime.
