Paul Gabriele, second generation award winning chef of the Gabriele family brings the traditional Italian value to Agostino’s newest location. But before Paul, their were the Agostino and Rosa Gabriele who marked their entry into the restaurant business with the opening of Agostino’s on the Hill in 1967. With the success of their first, the master chef and Mama Rosa decided to open their second location, Agostino’s Colosseum in 1973. Not only was it known as the family’s second location, but it was also known as the place to see and be seen considering they accrued the attraction of many celebrities. Their outstanding service and food quality earned them the Four Star Mobile Travel Guide Award and would become the country’s first shopping center restaurant to earn such an award. Mama Rosa Gabriele remains with their newly established location in Chesterfield alongside her children and co-owners, Rosa, Elena, John, and Paul.
